A Structured Learning Arc

Each weekend is designed to stand alone, but together they create a clear progression:

1. Movement Awareness Learn to observe, follow, and understand how the body naturally moves.

2. Core Integration Work with the spine and centre to support balance and stability.

3. Extremity Techniques Apply hands-on skills to the joints of the arms and legs.

Each step builds on the last—making the learning faster, easier, and more intuitive.

Weekend 1

(June 27–28)

Exploration Of Movement

Start with movement and awareness.

Learn how to observe range of motion, recognize patterns, and support the body’s natural responses—without forcing change.

Weekend 2

(July 18–19)

Axial/Core

Bring the work into the spine and centre. Understand how core balance influences the entire body, and learn techniques to support stability and ease.

Weekend 3

(Aug 8–9)

Extremities

Apply hands-on techniques to the limbs. Work with shoulders, hips, and joints to support mobility, comfort, and functional movement.
